Jørgen Meldgaard was a dedicated photographer and he often photo registered his archaeological surveys. He also often point his camera towards the colleagues who participated in the expeditions and the Greenlandic and Canadians he met on his journeys. In particularly his ethnographic photos from Igloolik, 1954 became well known. A selection of Jørgen Meldgaard's photos and films can be seen here (will be continously updated).
